Nick Ashcroft was extremely helpful via email, identified the part and arranged next day delivery. I Only had to solder 3 little pins to fit the new part. 5 min job Happy i can use my mixer on Friday. Zero equipment downtime which is crucial for a DJ. Excellent service, will use again!
