I specify the type of cable I want, and how long I want it, which connectors etc and it's done and ready for me, usually within an hour or two and I go straight to the warehouse to collect, where all of the staff are friendly and helpful! They also will price match anything I can find online.... Highly recommended!!

Since then I have run my own business (since which has ceased trading) but when i needed something particularity, reliable or high quality I'd go back to Studiocare. I can honelstly vouch for most of the guys there (there's been new additions since i left!) They know their stuff and will advise you on any aspect of pro audio, even if that means you end up buying what you need rather than what you want - there's a big difference there! That's why the name StudioCARE is there, they do!

There was someone there immediately to help me, I had ordered some refurbs and asked about the condition, he physically went and looked at the monitors to let me know how they looked. I ordered Saturday delivery. FedEx messed up and only brought one speaker on the Saturday, I called FedEx and they were extremely rude and unhelpful and told me to contact Studiocare. I sent them an e-mail explaining my situation and they gave me a full refund for the shipping (even though it was FedEx's fault) Great company, will definitely be making more purchases from them in the future. United Kingdom | 30 August 2014My experience of Studiocare has been a very positive one. I would definitely recommend and certainly use again! I ordered an Electro Voice RE20 microphone and shock mount as birthday gift for my partner. I found that I could get the shock mount cheaper elsewhere, but from Europe. I like to purchase from UK based companies and while Studiocare was the same price on the microphone, they were slightly more expensive on the mount. So I contacted them about there price match policy and within a day they had responded to my email and lowered the price on the shock mount to match! if this wasn't enough, they also delivered it the next day! Studiocare are an excellent company to deal with and their customer service is brilliant. Over all outstanding.
