I received the dispatch notice the same day as order, after ordering fairly late in the day through the website. The item was delivered the next day, so very impressed.

Item was out of stock when ordered and took a week to be told it had been shipped, item arrived and was faulty. Sent back no problem and with better customer service upon returning.

This pedal does really help with getting a better sound. Nothing's quite the same as an amp, but I get an acceptable sound with my Godin 5th avenue into the PA. It's also useful as EQ pedal, extra DI, etc.

Never used them before, and they're at the opposite end of the country from me. But I was seriously impressed by their efficiency and service and would definitely use them again. I have found Studiocare.com while searching, which offered (and offers) the best price in UK (even lower then Amazon), plus free next day delivery to UK. (Amazon charges £8). I have done this order on Friday morning, and just after 3 hours they have shipped it, attaching the tracking. Their delivery relies on FedEx, and every order higher than £50 has free shipping. This Monday, on time, I have received the delivery. Packing was perfect, with a good amount of bubble wrapping. I am really impressed about Studiocare, and will definitely recommend them!
