Booked online and was extremely pleased with the service. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and concert at the Vienna Kursalon. I would definitely use Viennaconcerts.com again.

Due the cost of the event, it may be an idea to add in the costs for the cloakroom and the washrooms with the overall charge.

The service was fast and efficient. The concert was just as expected from the website description.

Fabulous fabulous evening but coat retrieval a disaster

I enjoyed the concert. However I had an unfortunate experience as myself and partner were ushered to seats which turned out to be already allocated and I was asked to leave my the other patrons when they arrived. A further intervention by another usher directed me to two alternative seats in the next row back. It was an embarrassing episode which should not have happened.

Went to see the Strauss / Mozart concert at the Kursalon in Statdpark. An excellent evening’s entertainment. Fabulous ensemble and superb singing.

Beautiful music in an excellent venue

Dinner and concert at Schönbrunn -not what it looks like on the website! Very misleading advertising-it doesn’t clarify that the dinner is one place and the concert-in another. The dinner is in a cafe with other visitors using it at the same time as the ‘special ‘ dinner. The meal is more than simple, and it doesn’t say that all drinks, including coffee are paid separately. The venue is pleasant but you have to pay to leave your coats at the wardrobe! Unless you book expensive seats, you are likely to be far back in this long and narrow hall. The repertoire is lovely but strictly 1hour! That is all! The soloists were very good but the orchestra is basically a quintet with one flute, one clarinet and a piano. Chamber orchestras are bigger! A lot of money for what is cleverly advertised as something substantial! Will never use this website again.

I booked 4 tickets for Baroque Orchestra concert for me and my family through viennaconcerts.com and can only say that the whole experience was fantastic. The service was excellent and everything worked out perfectly well. The concert itself was extraordinary and it made our stay in Vienna unforgettable.

Church venue was intimate and ornate. However: - Acoustics were underwhelming. 90% of the time, it was as though the violinists were performing TO each other. I was fortunate to get a seat smack in the middle. Truly pity people on the sides & at the back. - Seating (pews) were extremely uncomfortable. - Parts of the church was under reno, which was a bummer.

Exceptional concert! Thoroughly enjoyed the setting, the musicians and the entire experience. Highly recommend it.

The information that I needed to make an informed selection of available concerts was easy to navigate. The concert at St. Anne's church was lovely, in an intimate ornate setting. Mostly local folks attending. Great value and experience.
