The concert experience was wonderful. Employees were very helpful. Only two items that would make a foreigner's experience a bit easier. 1) Signage to find the will call ticket table. I asked 3 people to get to the right area to pick up my seat. 2) Add to the ticket email that over coats and bulky items must to checked at the coat desk and coins are required. I always carry coins when I travel however there are a number of tourists that use credit cards for everything. A kind reminder that this is a policy would help your coat check employees with rude tourists that are NOT that smart to bring coins to pay for this service. Other than that, I loved the experience and would definitely visit Vienna Concerts again. Truly Beautiful.

Very easy to book our tickets and the confirmation e-mail was received the same day. No problems getting our actual tickets at the venue on the day of the concert. The venue was spectacular and the concert itself was truly amazing. Excellent musicians and singers and a wonderful selection of music. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys classical music.

It was a wonderful experience Selection of the music is compose with the famous one and you just want to stay there for 2hours more. I really enjoy the interaction with the audience. I will come back for sure.
