We booked tickets a month in advanced from Canada to ensure good seats. We were very disappointed to be seated at the back of the orquestra were we could not see anything, we were seated almost like in a closet, that is not aceptable, we paid $50 Euros per ticket and we were expecting a decent seat, besides we were seated in very uncomfortable chairs. I was also surprised on how disorganized the entrance to the event was, no proper line ups for those whom acquired tickets on line in advanced, people pushing to get information and ushers had no patiente to indicate the location of our seats, we were sent TWICE to the wrong place. We looked forward to and unforgettable experience, but overall was disappointing.

A great concert in the St Charles church. We had excellent seats and the orchestra, choir and soloists were top class. Great organisation all round.

Excellent show

The booking process and instructions for collection of tickets was easy. We arrived early and were just 4th in the queue to enter the concert room so imagine our surprise when we were shown to seats 2 rows from the back of Section C. Latecomers were seated further forward than us which we could not understand as none of the seats were numbered. Our annoyance was further compounded by a late start to the concert and consequential cut to the programme due to the late arrival of members of the audience. However the performance was excellent.

We attended the Mozart Requiem in St Charles Borromeo in late August. The programme was exquisite as was the extraordinarily beautiful venue. We paid a little extra for reserved seating and were very pleased with the seats allocated to us. Great value.

It was the perfect experience in Vienna.

The concert was excellent, the musicians were so enthusiastic that made us also happy.

Due to a change in plans, it was necessary for me to cancel one of the reservations I had made through Viennaconcerts.com. I had no problems doing this, and I was fully reimbursed for the ticket expense.

We loved the concert ! My husband is a great fan of Mozart's music so the selections were great. People were helpful and the hall was beautiful.

Mozart konzert is a perfect entertainment for tourists. Great director during the show!
