Bought a bridesmaid dress, ordered 2 as unsure on size, ended up with a much larger size than on highstreet but it was beautiful. I advise using their size guide.

Website easy to view and easy and simple to place an order. Goods arrived quickly and lovely quality. Unfortunately I had to return my purchase and found this easy and refund arrived back in my account within a few days.

Dresses are gorgeous, I was just unlucky with the size. The colours, style and quality is very good but in future i will order using measurements.

I've been trying to contact this company concerning an issue that dates back to the beginning of the year and still have not gotten a response. Not happy. I'm still waiting for a complimentary dress i was promised for doing an interview review with them. Definitely not reliable people and do not have integrity.

Have ordered a couple of times from this company. I have found the dresses to be very pretty and value for money. However, I can’t get my head around their sizes. I’ve followed their sizing guide and ordered accordingly but ALL of the dresses I’ve ordered have been way too small. I’ve just received a dress ordered for a black tie do. I ordered a size larger than I usually would and still it’s far too small. So disappointed. Think I’ll give up ordering from them now.

I bought a bridesmaids dress. It was delivered really quickly and it was a great price. The dress was high quality. The only reason for the 4 star is the sizing is a little off. I had already sized up and it was still at least a couple sizes too small. Returning the dress was really simple though and I had amazing help from their customer service team.

I ordered 2 dresses to try as I didn't know how the sizing would work for me. One of the 2 was just what I was looking for but I needed to downsize it. Customer service took care of everything quickly and with no issues and I received the beautiful dress quicker than I could've anticipated. Very satisfying experience. I ordered a dress for a wedding I was attending. The variety of outfits, and colour options is unparalleled. The prices are so reasonable compared to most other brands too. I chose one I liked and it said 'delivered', however the package did not arrive. I reached out to the team and they were very kind and gracious and quickly sent me a replacement at no additional cost. The clothes are lovely but the customer service is even better. I will definitely shop from Ever Pretty again and recommend them to everyone.

I ordered a fishtail dress size 14 for a black tie event I opened it and it was just what I was looking for tried it on unfortunately it was far to small so I had to send it back I was devastated. I didn't order another as I wasn't sure on the sizing took a while to get refunded but was all good in the end

I didn't keep the dress I ordered, however still wanted to leave a review for the excellent service I received. I was initially arranged for an exchange but then changed by mind, but the process for this was really simple. I used the webchat function and they were really helpful. Refund also came through quickly. My only comments re. the dress itself is I found the sizing off (I'm usually a dress size 12, but had to order a 16!) But now I know this, I would happily order through Ever-pretty should the need arise again.
