If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress here for my daughter to be a flower girl I measured her and followed their size guide and ordered the next size up so she would have a little growing room and ordered the size that said it was ready to ship not pre sale. When the dress arrived the quality was awful, poor materials used, wonky stitching and the dress did not fit her it was way too small. Upon requesting a return I was told as this is made to order I couldn't have one. I stated it was a ready to ship item and didn't state it was made to order. Plus it didn't fit when following their size guide and poor quality. Still they refused. So I measured the dress which did not match up to their sizes as stated, it was a whole size too small, plus consumer credit act 2015 means I had a right to return, yet still they refused but would escalate my complaint. I then received an email offering only 50% refund which I refused and again stated everything I said and that even if it's made to order they haven't made it correctly to their own size guide etc. Eventually I received notification of a refund for the dress. I did not receive any other email from the company apologising and stating they'd refund me, just a refund notification is all I got. So be warned when ordering the returns are awful, the sizing is not correct and the quality was poor for a dress that was £45 I expected better! Better to order from UK company not one shipped from China.

I ordered two dresses in July. This was my first time ever ordering clothes online and I did it through Debenhams. The dresses were lovely but unfortunately did not fit me and I contacted Debenhams to ask about returning them. I was instructed on what to do and then was informed that it would be ever pretty that I would be dealing with. What an absolute nightmare! At first when I contacted them I thought that they were so helpful and understanding. They told me that I would receive my refund in 5-10 business days. The time went by and I had received nothing so I checked the tracking on the return and saw that the dresses had been delivered to them. When I contacted ever pretty, I was told there was a global issue that they were having. From that point on I contacted them every day to chase it and kept being told the same thing. Then they told me that they had already refunded me and sent me a photo of the dresses with the words fully refunded as the proof. That is not proof! Eventually after being unable to put up with any more of it, I asked for a telephone number so I could speak to them directly and was told that they couldn’t give me a number but they would get someone to call me. I had been trying to get this sorted out for FOUR WEEKS and was convinced I was being scammed. I received a call and the person apologised and told me that the money would be in my account in the next few days. Money finally arrived in my account a few days later although it was £2 short! At that point I didn’t care. I was just glad to be done with it all. The lack of communication from ever pretty actually caused me a lot of worry. I will never use ever pretty again. The whole experience was a complete nightmare. EDIT: ever pretty have today (02/09/24) called me and further apologised to me and they have explained that the £2 shortage was not down to ever pretty. It was Debenhams that had taken the amount out for the refund cost.

Great customer service and good quality dresses

So far so good. My order arrived pretty quickly. I ordered different styles of dresses because I'm not a dress person but I'm invited to a wedding and I thought I'd give it a shot. The dresses were all beautiful and of very good quality. I returned 3 out 4 dresses ordered and exchanged one for a smaller size. I just shipped out the returns and I'm waiting on the dress I exchanged. So far all communication was fast and smooth.

Ivy sent dress back and I was told the emails the receipt but it keeps bouncing back As I would like my money back How do I get in contact I’m not happy with there service

UPDATE ON MY REVIEW! This morning I received a phone call from Ever Pretty and the senior advisor apologised for the miscommunication that I had received from their agent I spoke to. He has kindly revoked the 5% restocking fee and gifted me a gift card on my next purchase. I am very happy that they have resolved this with me so quickly as I am a repeat customer and like their goods. They have restored my faith in their company and will purchase from them again. Customer service at it's best!!! I ordered 3 identical dresses in different sizes for my bridesmaids for my upcoming wedding, unfortunately, the fit and colour wasn’t right and I wished to return them and requested a refund. They have slapped a 5% restocking fee on me, ( never heard of such a thing), on top of the postal fee. I will never order from them again as I feel that they are misleading and stealing money off a client because I simply wish to return all 3, please be warned everyone. Stick to more respectable websites who treat their clientele fairly and honestly. Now I have to find bridesmaids dresses that are suitable, if every company was to charge 5% restocking fees, that would make me or any other future client well out of pocket.

Service après vente très réactif... j'ai eu besoin d'échanger ma robe contre la taille du dessus d'ailleurs ne faites pas comme moi respecter bien les tailles correspondantes aux mesures indiquées sur le site les tailles ne correspondent pas aux tailles françaises...réponse rapide à ma demande... nouvelle robe reçu 9 jours après l'envoi de ma preuve de renvoi de l'autre.

The dress i bought for my wedding day needed to be exchanged due to a wrong size I had ordered , Ever Pretty communicated so well and efficiently the return process was explained and process was simple. This lessened my worries about my dress for wedding!

Very poor. Not made very well. Twisted strap. Front of dress not falling properly. This Is the 2nd dress I had to take to a tailor to correct Last dress had a twisted cowl on the back. Would not recommend.

BEWARE WITH RETURNS!!! Ordered a very pretty sage green dress for a wedding. I paid the shipping of $14.99 in addition to the cost of the dress. The dress was very pretty, although it didn’t compliment my figure and was too long. I chose to return it NOT knowing I wouldn’t get my shipping fee back that I PAID including the return fee of ($10.60) I paid to get my refund. They get the dress back never worn with tags attached to resell!! Absolutely ridiculous and unfair. I will not reorder nor will let my wedding party to order from them with this nonsense. I paid $57.48, and $10.60 to return it, to only be refunded $42.49. I should have kept it to resell myself.

I ordered a dress for my 30th anniversary renewal ceremony. Very affordable price and dress was beautiful. Had ordered two different sizes and the smaller size fit perfectly. Was able to return the other dress and got a complete refund for it. Customer service was very courteous and helpful with this process. Appreciated the prompt response I received. Highly recommend Ever Pretty if you are needing a dress that is both beautiful and affordable.

Wonderful styles, color choices and prices. The only issue is talking with an representative the telephone number that was provided stayed busy almost like it was taken off the hook.

Received refund today (few delays due to using guest checkout...I would recommend having an account to avoid refund issues. Refund problem sorted now and also received telephone call from customer service to clarify order had been traced and refund arranged. Thank you

Nie wieder. Ich habe die Kleider über Amazon bestellt und ich es wird behauptet das die Kleider nicht zurück geschickt wurden obwohl eins erstattet wurde. Ich hab mich an den Service gewandt und nicht all zu freundlich geschrieben. Mal sehen was passiert ansonsten werden rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet. 300€ werde ich für nichts definitiv nicht bezahlen und auch nicht für diese Qualität. Sowas unseriöses habe ich in meinem Leben noch nicht erlebt.

Ordered two of the same dresses but differant sizes as I need this for my daughters wedding, I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time, they arrived after 3 days of ordering and I chose the one size and had to send them back, I emailed the company within the hour I received my reply of how to send back the one size I didn’t need, completely stress free and easy amazing customer service, I will definitely be ordering again from this website

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from them and the price was AMAZING and they were very helpful in correcting an error with my shippjg address!

I am yet to hear back from them how to return the dresses. I only got asked if I want to exchange them? I want a prompt refund as I am on maternity leave at the moment so want to send them back asap so I can get my money back.
