It has been 11 days and still nothing to confirm receipt of my return (worth almost £200!). I just want to be refunded! I have proof of postage. I returned a parcel the same day to another company and the refund came into my account 3 days later.

I returned a collection of dresses which have been confirmed as received by their warehouse on the 22nd July but the CS team still can not provide proof of refund being processed I just keep being told I will get an update from the team shortly but shortly had now been 10 working days. Going to contact my bank to assist but do not order from this company if you plan to make returns. Such a shame as the dresses are nice and I was going to order further options but not risking it now. Such

United States | 12 August 2024This company does not abide by their own returns policy. Policy clearly states that CUSTOM size dresses are not returnable which is understandable. However, I purchased a standard size dress that did not work out and they refused my return and say they can do nothing. Even more frustrating is that I realized soon after ordering that I should have ordered one size larger and I emailed them twice about it. My first email was not returned, and after the second I was told they couldn't do anything because the dress had already shipped. I had received no shipping notice at the time they told me this, but amazingly got the shipping notice later that day. The dress itself was very pretty, but I would absolutely not do business with them again due to their unethical practices.

J'ai du faire appel au service client pour un souci avec le transporteur. Ils m'ont répondu rapidement et j'ai pu obtenir les bonnes informations et récupérer mon colis. Je suis satisfaite !

The dress sizes were perfect and the dresses looked incredible on my girls! This was the first time ordering for the bridesmaid and I will definately order from them again. La forme, la couleur et la taille en se référent à la grille, tout était correct. Petit problème... une tache sur la mousseline de soie en plein milieu de la robe... oupsss... Le service après vente est au top! Réactif et fort de proposition. Lavage à sec avec dédommagement et si cela ne marche pas, échange ou retour. Franchement rien à redire! Je recommande ce site. Anne

Comme par hasard, quand ça les arrange certaines pièces sont en "vente finale", donc vous ne pouvez même pas les renvoyer. à fuir!

United Kingdom | 01 August 2024I am appalled by the low level of customer service that this company have chosen to portray. I ordered from their website in error on 18th July 2034, and immediately contacted their customer service team to cancel the order and reinstate the funds to my bank account. After 48 hours, the team had still failed to respond to my query, so I sent a follow up email on the 22nd July 2024 to repeat the same. The following day I received a response informing me that the item had already been shipped, so there was no way to cancel, and I was sent the returns policy. I found it completely outrageous that even after requesting immediately that the order be cancelled, they proceed to ship the order and then inform me that I need to pay a fee to return the parcel! I have expressed my disappointment across 3 separate emails since 26th July 2024, in which have been completely ignored. I have requested to speak with a member of their management team, which has also been ignored. I have not received a response from the team in almost a week, which is absolutely appalling. Ever Pretty - please kindly finally assist with my query.
