The delivery was quick and I absolutely love the dress!

Ordered a variety of bridesmaid dresses via coast website but then had to sort 2x separate returns - one to coast and one to ever pretty. That was the first annoyance. Was given the offer to sort own return and would then get a refund but still waiting for response despite them receiving 2x dresses over a week ago... Getting twitchy about not being able to receive refund now!!!!

I bought a dress When arrived was a very poor quality, Chinese product I tried to send it back and paid £9.96 to send it back They issue refunds but not the delivery prices Absolutely not recommended

They provide a unique size chart for each dress, of relying on the usual size to avoid extra return shipping costs. The dress is of excellent quality.

Ordered a dress which arrived within a couple of days, unfortunately I needed to return it so contacted company who asked if I wanted an exchange or refund, I had another look through and decided an exchange was great for me, I sent details of my preferred exchange to company who agreed to swap dress, I sent proof of return of original dress and paid the difference in money and I now wait the delivery of my new dress

I recently needed to ordered a bridesmaid dress to be delivered to Australia. I was having trouble ordering through the US website but the team via live chat and email helped me order through the UK website step by step. Was brilliant customer service and I'll definitely order through ever pretty again.

The dresses are of excellent quality. I initially ordered 3 dresses based on the size chart, which indicated I should be a size 18, even though I normally wear a size 14. Surprisingly, the size 18 fit me perfectly. I recommend following the size chart rather than sticking to the regular size for the best fit.

I ordered 2 dresses, unfortunately the bride wanted to go in a different direction and I returned them. The dresses fit nice (I am plus size so this is no easy task). The return process was clearly explained, I had a bit of a hiccup with the UPS receipt, but I contacted them and they were able to work with me and find my package and complete the return process. Their team was extremely responsive and again, clearly explained the steps I needed to take to complete the return.

Dresses are lovely but the customer service is rubbish. Sent emails then ended up reaching out over social media and even then had to give them a nudge to get back to me! Would be useful if the returns were more straight forward like other sites.

Loved my dress so pretty and worth the money. What I will say is you need to order 2 sizes above what you are. I needed to send back some dresses back, the customer services where very helpful, communication was really good, via e mail. Would definitely order again

Les robes sont de bonne qualité. Par contre impossible de joindre le service client pour échanger car la taille ne convient pas. Les mails et relances restent sans réponse. C'est vraiment dommage car les robes sont top mais le service client déplorable.

I made an order of 5 bridesmaid dresses and due to personal issues I was unable to get them tried on my girls before the 4 weeks ran out. I’ve emailed and explained I just need to swap the sizes as they’re to small, I was told I’m not able to do this as the 4 weeks had passed. It’s completely unfair, I’m not asking for a refund, or any money, I’m happy to pay for returns and delivery etc but they will not budge at all. Completely floored at the whole situation. I am £120 down now as I’m going to have to re buy bigger sizes.

Company have twice allowed my details to be used and accessed as first time they called someone and disclosed everything about me. Just found out someones completed a order with my details but nothing on my account. Company isnt trustworthy handing personal information BE WARNED!! Latest update ever-pretty contacted me regarding this review and asked me to delete this review in exchange of a £10 gift card
