J’ai commandé une robe qui finalement ne me convenait pas . J’ai donc demandé un retour et le remboursement. L’article a été renvoyé dans les délais et malgré les échanges de mails avec le service client et les preuves apportées de la réception du colis par leur service, il m’est impossible de recevoir le remboursement de la robe : « Attendez 10 jours ouvrés » puis « nous avons rencontré un problème, attendez encore 3 a 5 jours ouvrés » etc etc bref : plus de robe et pas de remboursement C’est du vol !

I ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses in regular size. 2 of the dresses fit but needed extra length. One of the girls needed extra length on the waist as the waist band was so high it was lying on her bust. So I returned the dresses and decided to get custom fit. All the dresses came back and none of them fit. Makes no sense. They were exact same hollow to waist, nothing changed even though this was reason for custom fit. Waist measurements were same as regular sizing. Bust was too big and the shoulder where it was stitched up was all bunched up and faulty. Wanted extra length on 2 dresses, one was too long and other was actually shorter. These were not altered at all to the measurements we provided. They refuse to refund it even though I have evidence pictures, videos etc. They offered 30% refund. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I’m in contact with ombudsman, trading standards and citizens advice and won’t stop until I get a refund. Scam company! DO NOT USE THEM

Being a larger size women it is often hard to find clothing that is modern. I am so happy to find this website. I was able to find 4 very pretty dresses to wear as a guest at a wedding. They were shipped promptly and I received them by the date promised. The dresses were wonderfully made. I didn't expect such good quality based on how inexpensive they were. It was a very easy contacting Ever-Pretty to receive the return information for the 3 dresses (the ones I did not select to wear). Also there was one dress that was out of stock and the refund was processed in a few days. This will be my go to website to buy all my formal dresses.

I returned 3 dresses on the 12th June, I sent proof I returned the items but Ever-Pretty are saying they haven’t received them. I have checked with Royal Mail and they are asking me to speak to Ever-Pretty, which I have done but they are still saying they haven’t arrived. I wouldn’t use this company again, too much hassle to return items and I’m now out of pocket £135.

J’ai commandé deux mais je souhaite en retourner une. Malheureusement, je n’arrive pas à me connecter sur mon espace client. Je ne reçois aucun mail pour réinitialiser le mot de passe. J’ai envoyé un mail de réclamation au service client qui reste à ce jour sans réponse, ce qui est bien dommage. Sans l’accord du retour, je ne peux donc pas me faire rembourser !

Awful customer service. I returned 3 dresses over 2 weeks ago. Haven't been received. Have sent proof of postage. They can't even tell me how long I need to wait before it's classed as missing. Told me to contact royal mail which is easier said than done.

I too ordered dresses via coast website for my mum . Total shambles, had to email to return dresses. Back and forth. Returned the dresses to ever pretty 14 June still waiting refund over£280. If not resolved shortly will be taking matters further. Emailed again and been told wait another 5-10 days unacceptable. Coast your brand partner, you need to step in and sort out this mess Update 1st July after another round of emails the refund is now pending 14-6 until 1 July! It will take between 5-10 days for money to be in the account. I would not rush to use this company unless they up their customer service.

Contacted them because tracking showed dress delivered but I did not get it. Got quick response, found out it was given to my neighbor. Good quality dress, very beautiful.
