Ordered a dress and returned 23/01/23 and STILL no refund. I have been on chat endless times to just be told it is in transit. I have provided tracking code and receipt of recorded delivery and still nothing. I need to order another dress from here but this experience is putting me off!!

Ordered 2 dresses which were delivered promptly. Sadly they didn't suit my bridesmaids but the dresses were lovely! I returned them as per instructions and the customer service was brilliant, staff responded immediately to any request and my refund was paid when they said it would be. Would use them again in future :)

Dress l received was as advertised and good quality but sadly it didn't fit,had quick response from seller re returns and accepting the item back.Still haven't recei refund but have been given updates as to when it will be.Good prompt customer service.Just need to be careful with sizes when ordering,go size or 2 bigger.

I cannot recommend Ever-Pretty enough! What an exceptional organisation. Customer service is beyond excellent, the team are truly amazing, nothing is too much trouble, so helpful, professional and all so friendly, fantastic personal service. I have never had such a great experience ordering online. Between myself and my bridesmaids, we ordered some 20 + dresses, such an easy ordering process, with your order superbly tracked. As we wanted to try on at home, a number of dresses were returned, again such a simple process, personally guided by one of the brilliant team members. All my bridesmaids have now found their favourite dress, all in a stunning Dusky Navy, I am so happy. Thanks to all of your lovely people at Ever-Pretty, incredible work. I was pleased with the selection of dresses, excellent quality, and the reasonable pricing. When one of my dress choices wasn’t the best fit, I was concerned about the return policy. However, the customer service team at Ever-Pretty is top-notch! They promptly replied to any questions and clearly guided me through the return process. There are many places to shop online, but not all have such a great customer care team! I’ll definitely be shopping at Ever-Pretty again!

Says free returns but you have to pay shipping So not free at all Then they have the cheek charge you up to 15% to restock the items ? Going to cost my daughter nearly £50 plus postage ,but actually bought nothing Shocking avoid at all cost as can cost you a bit even when you buy nothing.. ......See what trading standards say False claims

Had no issues with everpretty at all, I had to send back a dress for an exchange which was to small, I was a bit worried on the exchange thing but I have to say I had no problems at all and the instructions for the exchange was very simple to do which was good. I will definitely use ever pretty again!!! The bridesmaids dresses I ordered are perfect and the colour is amazing thanks again

The whole experience was fantastic. I ordered 2 dresses to pick one from and they arrived in 2 day. Both very beautiful and fantastic quality which surprised me with the price. After deciding on the i wanted to keep, I contacted the customer service team to arrange the return of the other one. The whole team from start to finish was amazing and very helpful. I also got the refund within a week of sending it back. Definitely recommend this site.

Love the dress I ordered. The details are exactly as shown on the website. Honestly was a little sceptical as hadn’t ordered from Ever pretty before but they didn’t disappoint at all. The material of the dress is good quality and it fits true to size. Unfortunately had a bit of a hiccup with postage but customer services were very efficient in sorting the matter. I can’t wait to wear the dress!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dresses were actually of a good quality but when you have a group of bridesmaids all different shapes and sizes they aren't always suitable for all. I had to return all of the dresses. This cost me £10 in postal fees and then to top it all off they only partially refunded me due to a "restocking charge". What the hell is that all about. Most of the dresses I dodnt even take out of the packaging. To make it clearer, my charge for sending back was a total of £79 plus the £10 for packaging. Its absolutely disgraceful that you get charged for items not fitting you. I will never be using this site again, neither will I ever let anyone I know risk getting ripped off by this company.

I’m very impressed by my wedding dress, it did come a little creased from being folded but I’m hoping steaming it will help drop the creases. However, for £80 I’m very happy

I ordered two dresses - absolutely loved one of them but, unfortunately, had to return the other as it didn't suit me. The service was impeccable - prompt response, prompt refund, could not fault anything. I and happy to recommend and to buy again.

I was in the middle of all the wedding planning and my wedding dress shopping experience was unconventional. Being able to order and return dresses to Ever Pretty helped remove stress in a very stressful time. Customer Service was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had.

Unfortunately I had to send a dress back and I emailed the customer services and they helped me with what I had to do next. I sent the dress back and I sent another email confirming and didn't get a response however I chased it up and the team where really good at sorting it quickly. Very pleased with the service.
