I ordered 2 of the same dress for size, I did have to return them as they did come up a bit smaller than I was expecting, but the style and fabric were fine. Customer services were very helpful, returns was easy - I paid for the postage which I would have expected anyway, and had my refund within 3 days. I will be ordering again! A friend of mine got her wedding dress from Everpretty and it was gorgeous, which is why I looked for my dress here.

I ordered bridesmaid dresses for my wedding day. The dresses arrived quickly and were beautiful. I had a slight problem with the zip on one dress and emailed customer services to enquire about getting this replaced. The response I received was really quick and I sent the dress back, had a replacement and postage refunded in just over a week. Great customer service from start to finish!

I am in a wedding and am a large person and i am always concerned when purchasing online. I purchased 2 dresses, 1 I loved and the other was not flattering on me. Both dresses were made beautifully. My experience did not stop there I had to make a return and to my surprise it was just as easy as me purchasing them were. That has not always been my experience when buying online. I received the dress I order within days which was great. The dress was perfect for the glam event I needed it for and fit like a glove. The fabric was not heavy, translucent or itchy. I am happy I found a place that carries plus size elegant dresses and at a very affordable price.

Id never heard or ordered from these before but honestly ive been nothing but pleased. Clothes are beautiful quality, very quick dispatch and arrival. Customer service is also VERY easy to get intouch with and probably the most helpful ive come across. I will be shopping here again.

I received the dress that I ordered and it was beautiful, but it was too small. I contacted customer support and they got back to me right away and told me that instead of sending the dress back, that if I wanted that they could help with an exchange if that would be easier for me. All I had to do is reply back to them with the SKU#, color and size of the dress that I wanted and they would then tell me how to send the dress back. There was a small difference in price in the new dress and they even sent me a bill for the difference! I sent the original dress back to them and am currently waiting for my new dress to arrive! They made things so easy and simple!! I appreciated that very much! I can't wait to get my new dress!!

So I was down to the wire in getting a dress so i found this site. I read some reviews and then I felt confident so I ordered. Where those reviews came from must have been friends and family because seriously???? I ordered 2 sizes up based on their measurements. I also paid for express shipping . Got it yesterday and the fabric is HORRIBLE!!! Unfortunately for me I didn't read the return policy because now I'll also have to pay to ship the junk back.

Love love love the customer service department. I selected the wrong color in the dress I ordered and they were able to fix it for me. They communicated so well with me I would recommend them to anyone. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous!! Definitely ordering again from them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AND SAVE THE HEADACHE! First off, you have to pay for returns and they do not reimburse you. Worst quality of clothes, super cheap feeling and it just falls apart. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely on the phone by any company and if you ask to speak to a manager, they don’t have one. They have to submit an escalation ticket and you MAY get a call in the next 48 hours.

I ordered a dress a week ago (Nov 29th) for a military ball i will be attending with my *deploying* spouse this weekend (Friday Dec 8th). The dress was supposed to be here at latest Thursday of this week (Dec 7 according to shipping information - this would be in 2 days) - it has been a week and has yet to leave the facility (Dec 5). This dress will never make it here on time for my event because its halfway across the country in Irvine California and I am in Wyoming. Very disappointed in Customer service as Amazon was no help, they advised me to contact the company. The company chat stated they couldn't help me and i would have to email the company directly and it could take them 48 hrs to respond - as of this afternoon, it still has yet to be taken to the carrier to ship. Only a shipping label was created(Nov 30th). I have little to no hope at this point that this will even show up at all. No other alternative for a dress for the Military Ball because funds are tight.

really fast service, receved delivery way before the predicted delivery date. Impressed with the quality of the dress but unfortunatey had to return as it was a bridesmaid dress and my friend thought the style didnt suit her. It was so easy to organise an exchange for a different style the customer service team were really helpful, responded quickly and talked me through what i needed to do. Only downside was having to pay for returns rather that getting a postage lable sent via email, but even then it wasnt very much. Overall very impressed and would reccomend.

Items ordered received were well packaged and arrived on time. I requested returns and the Customer Service was very good explaining the process and I was refunded quickly.

I ordered several dresses over a four week period. All dresses arrived on time and were beautiful, excellent quality for the price. I kept one of the dresses and returned several. The customer service to return was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to place an order with this company.

Although I did not keep both items I purchased, the customer service was superior, I had issues with my account and they were able to reset and get me access.
