Great service from Customer Services in handling my return, and refund. However, I was disappointed with my order and the sizing. It was a very pretty dress size 20. It was very small, I would have needed three sizes up, which I wouldn’t normally do with dresses.

We ordered six bridesmaids' dresses from Ever Pretty. They arrived within a week or two, were well made and beautiful and fitted perfectly, even though we ordered standard sizes and didn't use their made to measure option. I would highly recommend Ever Pretty for quality, size accuracy and price. We are very happy with our purchases. Thanks and well done to them.

Worst returns service I've ever had! Just a side note- if for some reason you choose to buy after all these bad reviews, don't waste your money buying on their website as I found their exact same dresses on shein for a fraction of the price and if you won't have to pay to return it! Firstly the sizing is wrong. I bought 2 dresses. The size I normally wear was too small. I returned one and exchanged the other for the next size up which was too big! I sent the first parcel back worth £100 at the beginning of September and they have still refused to refund me for it even though I paid for the return and have sent them the proof of return with tracking. They are saying it has not been received, but surely if I have posted it back and sent proof of postage/tracking then I have done everything on my end as the consumer and they should have to refund? So far I have only been refunded for the exchanged dress and im still £50 down! TERRIBLE SERVICE

Excellent quality. Had to return an item, but the process was smooth and they kept in touch throughout the return.

They have lovely range of dresses, however the delivery fee of £9.99 for one dress is riduculous (not even express). The dress arrived in a broken thin clear plastic bag, which is a kind of bag you normally see after you open the outer package. The sizing wan't quite right for me, so I decided to retrun it. To return an item, we have to etiher email or chat to them first, then they will give you the return address. However, I had to pay for the return fee as well as the bag because it wasn't safe to send back in a broken thin clear palstic bag. They also demand to email the tracking number as well as the proof of post. On the top of that, they even demand to track the item for them and let them know if it's really delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not impressed with their service at all to say the least, and will avoid them like plague in the future.

Decent products, but extortionate delivery charges - particularly express delivery, which can take up to the two full weeks. The company encourages you to order more items for a discount, but doesn’t advertise the fact that there is between a 5 and 15% restocking fee should you need to return. Yes, I should have read the (very) small print, but express delivery, return postage and a restocking fee for 3 dresses actually cost in excess of £74, which is more than the cost of an actual dress from them. The return process is a faff, but the actual refund only took 4 working days.

Ordered a dress which didn’t fit me so returned. However, to have to pay almost £10 for the tracked parcel is appalling. Don’t order from this company unless you’re prepared to take the risk you don’t need to return. I will NOT be using them again.

Had a great experience using Ever Pretty for bridesmaid dresses. Had to return unwanted dresses and had no issues at all with the process. Refund received as promised. Dresses are great and at very good prices.

I thought I was not going to get my dress in time for a wedding but when I text customer service they must have worked fast because my dress arrived 2 days after and in time and for this I thank you. The dress is beautiful and I am looking forward to wearing it . Its the first time I have ordered fro. You but it will not be the last THANKYOU I love

So after checking out the reviews here it looks like my return is also not being processed. I send the parcel tracked as requested and proof of postage. However Royal Mail have not updated the arrival. I have spoken to Everpretty and they can not tell me if it has arrived. Very disappointed and highly suggest Ever pretty look at an alternative to the returns policy as it seems many of their customers are having the same issue. They can not confirm if my order has arrived? And if the tracking is not updated then I will not receive my refund. I followed their returns procedure correctly. I will give it another weeks grace before contacting my cradit card. I really wanted to use this company for my bridesmaids dresses but won't after this experience. Received my custom dress today! It is for my daughter's wedding. I am happy with the quality and the color is true to the pictures (dusty navy) . The length was perfect. The waist was a little loose but ok for breathing room. The bust fit perfectly. The only complaint is there were some little tags that looked like numbers, letters on the shoulder area that I just cut off. And some little strings. Other than that I am happy after a long search for a dress with returns. Thank you for having the custom option !!! Susan Bradley

I had to order my bridesmaid dress in 2 sizes as I wasn’t sure which would fit better. I returned the other that didn’t fit and the service was excellent, and refund issued quickly after returning!

I didn’t have a problem with them responding with my order to return but not happy that I had to pay for the return and it wasn’t cheap .

Accurate delivery date, fast shipping. Quality products that are true to size. Pictures may not reflect colours very well. Efficient and helpful customer service for returns.

I recently ordered a dress from the uk branch. other than a slight miscommunication about available stock of said dress the experience has been great so far. I contacted costumer support and immediately had help, didn't feel like I was talking to a script and my questions were answered quickly and politely. I am now waiting for the dress to get in stock and arrive as I agreed with them. will update once it is here and imagine it will up my rating to a full 5 stars.

I accidentally bought a dress in the wrong size. The sales team was wonderful about the exchange/return request. I had already reordered the dress in the correct size, so I had started off just wanting to return the first one for my money back. Not only was I able to return the dress, but I was given the option to choose a different style and only pay the price point difference and return shipping (which I would have needed to pay either way). Absolutely love working with EverPretty.

I received my dresses for the first time from Ever Pretty. The are really nice dresses. A good price for them.

I thought this was a UK website. I have had nothing but problems. I sent a dress back on 27/09/23 to the address they supplied me with. Its been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I will never use this crap website again.
