I like the idea behind the sustainable investment, and I hope there will be more projects available for investment.

Whenever I speak to a staff member of Abundance, I am impressed with their patience and civility and how clear their explanations are.

Abundance is a great home for your savings. I like that my money is being invested ethically and is not harming the environment. I don't want my money to go into things I don't agree with such as tobacco, fossil fuels,nuclear power and the arms industry. Abundance was one of the first providers of the Innovative Finance ISA so you can invest tax efficiently too!

The reason for only three stars is that at this stage there a very real possibility that one of my investments may run into trouble. We are currently awaiting the outcome re the Monnow CHP project

I have just taken an ISA through Abundance, and being old, am not good at on-line working. I found Abundance Tomur most patient and Helpful over the phone.

Have had a trouble-free, positive experience with Abundance so far. The couple of investments I have with them has so far performed (and paid out) as they predicted. I find their web and account access is very user-friendly and easy to understand. One little niggle is the 3-5 working days wait to transfer money out but I can live with that..

Can be slow to show details of updates to existing lenders. Otherwise excellent

I LOVE what they invest in - not like the banks... who mostly don't care. Investors can choose for themselves too. I have found their telephone/email help 2nd to none. A 'British' person at the end of the phone using simple terms to help you understand/follow. Interest rates are generally much higher than anywhere else - so far, so good. There is not much to beat these people & their investments, both in terms of what they invest in & the interest rate you receive. It does take a little time... to read through all - which we dont all have - but... I would certainly recommend this company.

I really value Abundance. It provides me with an accessible way to invest ethically and environmentally. I like the fact that as a company they are clear and honest, incywhen things go wrong.

I invest with Abundance for two reasons-I strongly suppport the development of renewable energy and I want a reasonable rate of return. I have found Abundance as an organisation to be efficient and good at communicating. When I had a query, it was answered quickly and helpfully. The website is easy to use.

Abundance is a joy to invest through - always socially/environmentally valuable projects and because things are mostly automated they happen quickly but when you've a query you get a speedy response from real (friendly) people.

Abundance is well run. Investing and receiving interest is easy to set up. Staff on the phone are helpful. Would be good if you could invest in solar energy projects in low income countries to help people there
