I have used the Traditional Veranda company twice and on both occasions found that they are completely reliable and the finished product is excellent quality. I don't have any problem recommending them.

The verandah is beautiful. The team was fantastic throughout, from initial discussions through to installation and were very patient when we suffered delays. It is great to find a company that lives up to its promises. From the visit from the company representative, the support in obtaining the required full planning permission, the correspondence, the building of the veranda and after sales, everyone has been helpful and professional. Of course, the finished product must live up to all of this, and it does. We are very pleased with our Victorian veranda and it has drawn many compliments since completion on 30th March. We can only recommend this company.

From start to finish communication with the company has been excellent - initial visit, date of installation and follow up. Nothing was too much trouble - great customer service throughout the process. The quality of the verandah is outstanding and the installation was done with great attention to detail. The whole process from enquiry to installation was done very professionally. Any queries answered very swiftly and the installation team were first rate, punctual and friendly. Highly recommend the company to anybody considering one of their products.

We ordered a new verandah to replace a timber one that had rotted away after only ten years. Very pleased with the result and the very professional way it was installed.

The company, from office staff,to original visit to the cottage,to the installers have all been very pleasant. Kept me informed of dates etc. Problem on installation was one part was the wrong size so had to be remade and again I was kept fully informed. When it rained though because of the unusual design to fit into the space another piece had to be made . So a bit of head scratching but a solution was found and was duly measured,ordered,made and installed quickly. Even when I asked for a light sensor ,which was now blocked by part of the new verandah to be repositioned they were happy to do it for me. A very professional company to deal with and I would be happy to recommend them. The veranda has transformed the outside of my victorian cottage and I have had many lovely comments. It looks and feels like its always been there.

Although we had to wait a few months, they were up front about that and set expectations that they met. The 2 installers turned up exactly when they said they would, kept a clean workspace and did a great job. Thanks!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new outdoor room, the Team helped us create a space that offers more than a room, they gladly worked alongside fire place fitters & advised on best practice for fittings through the glass. The result is a very special space linking our courtyard to our barn. The onsite team ensured a perfect finish down to the smallest of final touches. Georgina has created a great team who are clearly very proud of what they produce from design to finish.

All personnel I was involved with were very good. All documentation was accurate and everything was spelt out properly to me. Nothing was missed out in the detail by the company who checked everything meticulously and kept me fully informed. Nothing was any problem for the staff to deal with.

The work was carried out on time with skill and quality …with a mere dent to teabags and biscuits !! I would have no hesitation in recommending Georgina and her very capable staff.

We are absolutely delighted with our verandah and highly recommend this company. They were all professional and helpful throughout. The fitting was done expertly by Andrew and John. The work is of a really high standard and looks wonderful, very fitting for our traditional 1930s home. Everyone who sees it is very impressed and, for us, it is a joy. We can now sit out every day overlooking our garden. We are now comfortable where before we frequently avoided going out due to cold winds, rain or extreme sun!
