Particularly pleased with the installation team (Andrew, Neil and Nigel). Considerate, friendly and professional. Kept the site clean and tidy. Very keen to a a good quality job demonstrated by the fact that they are going to return to improve some pipework they weren't totally happy with.

What a fabulous find. We’d been looking to have a glass verandah for a while and wanted something that would fit with our house (older). Everything from booking a site visit (thanks for soldiering on in the dark and rain Mark), sorting out design drawings and ordering was managed so well. Georgina kept us informed of progress along the way and all e mail enquiries were dealt with promptly. The guys who came to install were excellent and the final structure is exactly what we wanted…..and really good quality. Highly recommended……thank you.

We had absolutely excellent service from start to finish. All the people we dealt with were efficient, personable and highly professional. We were kept up to date at each step. Real service - long forgotten by so many companies!!

Although a very long lead in time due to Covid, our verandah was so worth waiting for; the traditional design fitted our preferred spec perfectly and looks absolutely great. The communication was very good at all stages and the installers were polite, hard working and did a truly professional job. We cannot recommend this company highly enough, hence the 5 Star review.

We were so pleased with the first verandah on our barn conversion, we decided to have a second one on the other side. The design, manufacture and fitting by the Traditional Verandah Company was, in our opinion, outstanding. We are demanding, exacting customers and nothing was too much trouble to the friendly team. It was not a straightforward project; TVC really thought about the issues thrown up by the style and quirky nature of the building and came up with perfect solutions. The result is a beautiful, useful addition to our property which is admired by all who see it.

My verandah suffered some wind damage in the exceptional winds of Storm Ciara. Because of the widespread damage around the country, I was expecting that it would be weeks before I could get it fixed. But the Traditional Verandah Company sent a team from Kent to Norfolk within three days of me notifying them of the damage, so that the verandah would be repaired before the next forecast storm two days later. The damage was repaired quickly and efficiently within an hour, and a small modification made to provide additional protection should we experience another very severe windstorm. Enormously impressive and courteous service - mirroring my experience when the verandah was originally installed four years ago.

This is a hands on company that delivers a great product. They are helpful, honest and caring. This not my normal experience and I don't usually recommend but really happy to do so.

Very impressive customer service especially from Georgina. From the initial plans to producing a smart presentation for us to take to our local council for approval - the whole planning side of the verandah was easy. Also the quality of the product far exceeds their competitors. Beautiful finish and design. Also the installers who came to fit, over the two days, were extremely hard working and very pleasant chaps to have around the house.
