The company has been fantastic from start to finish! The email communications from Georgina have been brilliant and it was no problem for them to change the drawings to accommodate our ideas. The process is clear and easy to understand. Neal & Nigel who fitted the verandah were super efficient, very friendly and professional. They have done an amazing job and we couldn't have asked for a nicer team. The finished product is fabulous. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

In spite of a rather long wait, but can excuse that thanks to Brexit, Covid et al, the service has been excellent from start to finish, even when we changed our mind at the last minute as to the location of the verandah. A truly high quality piece of workmanship which looks like it has been part of the building forever. Both the on-site team and team at the office were super helpful and very efficient. Could not be more delighted or recommend them highly enough.

We found Traditional Verandahs to be a top class company from start to finish of the process. They are friendly but efficient, quick and clear with communication and did exactly what they said they would do. They are not cheap, of course, but you get what you pay for and our completed Verandah is very fine indeed. Heartily recommended.

We were so excited when we found the Traditional Verandah Company as we wanted a wrap-around Victorian style to match our old cottage. The purchase of a verandah from The Traditional Verandah Company has exceeded our expectations in every way. From initial enquiry; Mark measuring up and advising on different styles to match the house to Georgina and the excellent communication and updates on progress. The fitters were absolutely brilliant, very professional, friendly and respectful. We named our verandah “Miranda” from the outset and Georgina even had a personalised plaque made for us which was such a thoughtful touch. We absolutely love our new verandah.

We are delighted with our verandah. The whole process was handled very professionally. The verandah was designed exactly as we specified, with our involvement throughout. The quality of the materials and the standard of manufacture is very high. The installation team were very thorough and professional (as well as being very pleasant and friendly) and did a really first-class job. Everyone we dealt with at TVA was very helpful and friendly, and we were kept informed of progress throughout, from ordering to installation. The verandah suits our Victorian house perfectly and looks as though it is original.

Five stars are not adequate for how delighted we are with our verandah. Finished to match our doors and windows, it looks part of the house. Quality is superb and complete strangers have stopped to admire. From first enquiries to the measure up and choosing of styles, everyone from Directors, Admin staff and the skilled fitters were most professional and friendly. Ours was quite a complex fit because of existing gutters etc but nothing was too much trouble. Attention to detail was second to none and choosing the Traditional Verandah Company was one of the best decisions we could have made. A quality product that lives up to its name and which I am sure will have added value to our house. We will enjoy unloading shopping into the house without water dripping down our backs and later sitting on a bench with a coffee or glass of wine watching the sun go down. Result !

Though a long wait from acceptance of quote to delivery of product it is worth the wait. Unfortunately some items had been incorrectly made and the installers had to come back when the pieces had been remade. However, the pieces went to the front of the production line and installers were back within a month which included the Christmas break. Whole team - surveyor, office staff and installers very friendly. Finished product is lovely.

The Traditional Verandah Company did a great job. The access was difficult but it was all transported without any fuss. It looks fantastic and we are really happy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

This is an outstanding company in all respects. Although there was a long delay in delivery and construction of our verandah caused by Covid and supply change problems no additional charges were added to our bill. Whilst our verandah is small there were a number of tricky adaptations the excellent construction team were able to skilfully undertake ensuring the end result was to have a beautiful looking verandah securely sealed to surrounding fencing, walls and windows. Nothing was too much trouble for the two engineers and every care was taken to resolve any installation problems. The office team too were excellent in keeping us informed whilst we waited through the summer and autumn for the delivery of our verandah.and on checking with us during its construction. Following the interesting and pleasant experience of the verandah's construction we are now truly enjoying the extra dimension and space that it has brought to our home.

Exceeded our expectations! We were looking for a glass verandah and chose TTVC from their brochure and the revues we read. We were not disappointed. I was looking for a completely bespoke verandah for a challenging site. The Traditional Verandah Company were the only people I could find who were able and willing to respond. The requirement was by no means straightforward, but the care taken during design and manufacture lead to a top quality product that fitted first time and has given me exactly what I was looking for.
