Ireland | 19 December 2024I ordered from the Irish website on the 12th of December, and received no invoice or proof of purchase. I emailed them on the 17th for an update and no response. I have escalated with PayPal this issue, and they will investigate and issue a refund. I recommend for anyone online shopping, protect yourself but using PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs.

I am based in Ireland Most likely it won’t be delivered for Christmas I sent emails to Customer Service and I called and I received no help at all I will never use this website again

I received no dispatch notification yet and have tried contacting the company via email, instagram and Facebook with no reply as yet!!! It’s hugely frustrating as I paid a lot of money for this item and could have ordered from another company had I known how poor this company was and how bad the customer service is !!!

I emailed them about 1 week ago asking for a tracking number but have gotten zero replies from them. I would warn everyone not to order from them unless you want to throw away your money.

Ireland | 17 December 2024I used to be a regular customer but lately there Irish site is lacking so much compared to other Parfumdreams European sites. Hardly any fragrances available. Eventually managed to figure out another Parfumdreams site but still hasn’t arrived (2 weeks). Used to be straightforward and fast delivery, now, not so much. I may need to shop elsewhere in future. An updated edit!… I rang the company and upon looking at my order and seeing the error they made my order a priority and I received it within the next 2 days! So, I’ve updated my star rating to 4 (I dropped a star because the Irish site is lacking and I had to search Parfumdreams in another country)

Ireland | 17 December 2024I ordered two bottles of aftershave on the 1 December. I noticed on 16 December the items had not arrived. Tracking showed they had been in the same location since 2 December. Rang customer service in Germany and the customer service agent was extremely helpful. Received an email two days later to say a refund had been given. I always order most of my perfumes from this company and this is the first time an item has not arrived. I have yearly membership with them which unlocks free postage and many discounts. Would highly recommend.

United States | 16 December 2024Shipping and tracking data were virtually nonexistent and I had no idea when the product was going to be delivered. The shipping process was extremely slow, and there was never any notice about an estimated delivery date. The product seems fine and the pricing is fair, customer service response to questions is slow and spotty, and they also give canned responses which are pretty useless. So bottom line, the products and pricing are decent, but the service and shipping is below average. Order at your own risk. Read several reviews. EDIT: after reading more reviews, which I should have done before, ordering, I’m finding out that tracking and customer service are a major problem with this establishment. It seems common practice to not give any shipping notifications until the day of delivery so you have no idea when it’s coming, or if. Good luck to everyone to receive your items before Christmas, could take weeks. Don’t bother trying to contact customer service, you won’t get that time back.
