Purchase was easy enough on parfumdreams.ie Availed of discounts on premium products and price and conditions were better on this site than competitors. Delivery very swift. Site wouldn’t display correctly on Safari browser. Had to use Firefox.

I am very disspointed to see that a glass candle has broken in the box that it was delivered in. There was no protective packaging for the item, and I am now at a loss as to what to do with the candle ... obviously I cannot gift it now as was my intention when I bought it. I have emailed the service email address and wil;l update if they are helpful in resvoling this to a good satisfaction.

I would implore you all to stop patronising these guys. I bought four fragrances, JPG Le Male Elixir, Spicebomb Extreme, Azzaro most wanted and Valentino Uomo Born in Roma, and they were all fakes. None smelled like the real deals. So sad!!!

Ya the aftershaves are of a good quality and the delivery is ok,can be a bit slow and it would be nice if you got free delivery after a certain amount of money spent!! But look my parcel arrived in good condition and I picked up a bargain, got a lovely fine big bottle of ysl y edp 200ml + a few samples(which were a bit mean!!)for handy money, happy days 😀💯

Perfume hasn’t arrived

Ordered shampoo 8 days and still hasn’t arrived. It says on website delivery to Ireland is 4-6 working days, today is the 6th day and I tracked parcel and it hasn’t even arrived in Ireland yet so I won’t get it until sometime next week. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again as delivery takes too long.

I have not yet received the item. The delivery time has exceeded the expected date. Could you please advise on the next steps?
