They sent me the wrong products and I'm still waiting on a reply to my query. Could be greatly improved by sending the correct products in the 1st place.

Good quality and price delivery time is a bit long

My order didn't contain products ordered, but random other products so still missing products in value of 150Eur. After contacting customer service, which takes very long to respond, only unhelpful and generic responses were given, blaming the delivery company. Although it was very clear and visible, that the package was packed incorrectly at the warehouse before sending.

Ordered a body cream to Ireland and have to pay customs of €8 before it can be delivered as once it leaves Germany it gets shipped to the UK where it picked up charges, wouldn’t order again

I routinely order YSL, Aveda and Kiehls products from Parfum Dreams and have always gotten good service, products are available and well priced.

Unfortunately I have been waiting exactly 3 weeks today to receive a return label from this company for sending me a faulty product which leaked. The customer service is really awful and I’ve had maybe 2-3 pointless and unhelpful replies in 3 weeks - I’ve sent them all the images they wanted, explained everything and they are doing nothing. So unfair to drag this out for this long when it could be sorted in 5 minutes. I won’t be using Parfumdreams Ireland again. Thankfully my bank has stepped in to receive the refund. I wouldn’t recommend.

I placed an order last week, after taking the payment, they then, cancelled my order and returned the payment. The reason that they gave was system error. Don’t waste your time with this company, plenty of value out there. Very poor service. Wasted my time. Won’t be using them again.

I ordered the Cacharel Women's Fragrance Yes I Am Eau de Parfum Spray (50.00 EUR). Unfortunately, the quality was poor, and I do not recommend this product.
