I’ve purchased from this brand 3 separate times. I've always received what I purchased, shipping times were great, and the gear is nice!! Really nice! It's well made, quality materials and comfortable — not grabby when working out! My husband loves the gear as well.

Terrible customer service! I ordered shorts, 2 stringers and hoodie. I used their sizing chart on website but none of the items fit except shorts. I send them email to customer service asking questions and did not receive any response… I feel like what they after is just a sale, after sale is done, they don’t care about the customer. Not cool…

I ordered for the first time. 6 tank tops. I got 5 of them and 1 was the wrong size. Positive point: they covered up the extra cost for taxes and fees.

First time I ordered from them they told me the item was out of stock after more than a day of ordering. Once the item was back in stock, no longer on sale, I ordered it for a 2nd time. They cancelled it again after a day saying “out of stock”. The 3rd time, I finally received the item and it’s not even the right size. I literally don’t know how a company can be this bad and unorganized. Once I get the right size of this item, I will never order from here again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Bought a pair of shorts & leggings. Both have the butt scrunch stitching, they BOTH ripped within 3 wears. So disappointed by this brand.

This is back in 2022, I ordered as of today 12 items including tanktops, T-shirts, and stringers. Every shipment was $30 to be send to Canada. I mainly ordered from them because at the time I had skin issue and their products didn’t irritate my skin. Oh these 4 sets of orders one time the size was larger than what I asked for so I asked for return or some sort of accommodation and their response was there is nothing we can do and you can order again. They had zero flexibility for their returning client.

TLF is a terrible clothing store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They keep lying and showing it on shipper for the delays. I placed order 10 days ago no shipment yet and I wonder what I am going to receive in the package if the package makes to my address. I ordered men's cloths hopefully they don't send women's cloths. As I can see this is a bizarre company and I am not even sure this is a legit company. Please read the reviews before you spend your money on this company and don't make mistake I made not paying attention to the reviews. Please don't even go close to this kind of nonsense companies. I wonder how these people are still in business. I don't even want to give a single star. I wish there are negative stars to rate such companies.

Clothing store showcases product materials on website but sends different material to customers. Store shows clothing being made of Bamboo and Elastane (Spandex). In reality it is actually Bamboo, Elastane, and 20% Polyester.

Beware of hidden charges. Placed two orders and got hit with a £60+ import fee despite the 'Free Shipping' offer on orders over $100! Contacted TLF three times before they eventually said they have no control: " Your second order triggered customs and taxes imposed by the recipient country because it exceeded the free tax threshold. These charges are determined by the country's regulations and unfortunately, we can't influence them." Wiped out any savings from the sale items on which I'd spent just over £100. Wrote again, telling them their 'free shipping' advertising was therefore misleading, as it implies no additional costs - got no response...buyer beware!

I saw a sale online and decided to order a few items (shirts and gym shorts). Delivery was lightning fast and the quality was as good as things I've ordered from Alphalete and Gymshark. Pricing was so good, I've already received my 2nd order. Great company.

I ordered leggings and shorts back in December, I received an incomplete order on the 23rd of December. I only received the shorts, the leggings were missing. After emailing TLF about 5 times and getting no response, a few weeks later I was forced to make a claim on my credit card. After I was already credited the money back they reached out to me almost a month later…. Telling me that they are sorry and that I can have 10% off my next order. When all I really wanted were the leggings so when I told them that they said they were out of stock and they weren’t able to offer me anything. I will not be shopping there again.

I made a purchase under a "free hoodie" promotion. I received the pants I ordered but no hoodie. So I asked about it on Jan 12th. I got a response Jan 23rd saying the hoodies were sold out, however, the promotion is still active. So its clear either the customer service rep is lying or you all are knowingly misleading your customers into making purchases on a promotion knowing it cant be fulfilled.

I have been shopping with TLF for a few years with my last order my 9th. Up until now, their products have been great, delivery relatively quick and customer service helpful. My latest order however was placed on 18th December and is still yet to arrive, some 35 days later! I have emailed over 10 times and when I do get a reply, it is a stock answer ‘congratulating me that my order is on its way’??! Such a shame that this company is clearly going into disrepute! My wife thinks SquatWolf and others are better - sadly I might have to find out 😔

Ordered their products for the first time. Got two of the crewnecks because they looked like they were thick fleece and the size looked good. When I received the items, the Large runs more like a medium and the material is pretty thin. I reached out to customer service for an exchange/refund and still waiting to hear anything back. Been 4 days, I did send another email but still haven’t gotten a response. Order at your own risk and make sure you get the size you absolutely think you need because there’s no turning back after it’s delivered. Also payed extra for 3-5 day shipping and the products arrived in 10 days.

I went to order two t shirts as a Christmas gift for my wife and the holiday deal was if you downloaded their app, you got 20% off and a free hoodie. When I submitted the order, the coupon code was removed. Thinking it was just a technical glitch I contacted the company. That was 12/23/23. Zero response since. Since then I received a package from them with one of the three items I was supposed to receive in the wrong size and color. The package slip showed all of my items which obviously wasn’t the case. I disputed the charge with Chase and was offered an immediate refund. That tells me they are receiving enough disputes that they are automatically approving the dispute. Avoid this company like the plague.

Ive been waiting for my order since 4th of december, my package is lost. I have called with DPD and they cant see it. Tlf doesnt answer to anything, ive mailed 5 times, reached out to their IG and only get back "we're handeling your request"
