I answered all the questions and told them at the beginning re the previous company not wanting to continue insurance without a reason. So cannot understand why they would then charge me additional premium

Really helpful I received all the help and support I needed throughout my renewal process. Even though I didn't continue my insurance with 1answer. I received an experience, I have never received before from an insurer I was told 'I'm sorry, your leaving' when I could get a better price else where. If money was no object and all based on service I would love to have stayed with 1 answer
