So just updating my previous review below, things have got worse and I am now looking to leave one answer as soon as possible even if it costs me money to do that, I recommend you all do the same. So, after going through the debacle of the not fit for purpose app and finally getting to the bottom of it, it came to light that a minor detail on my V5 certificate needed to be updated with the DVLC. I spoke to One Answer and said I would get that done no problem. However the threatening emails to cancel my policy still continued if I did not provide the requested documents to the aforementioned app!!! Awful service, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!! ----- I have had a good experience with One Answer over the last few years. However, when renewing recently they have now started an extra level of KYC by employing an app that you have to download which will then ask you to upload documents to. Sadly, the app is not fit for purpose at all and is a huge time waster. It kept kicking back my uploads due to being unreadable, which they were absolutely not as you can check the photo before you hit send. All the while this was going on, I was receiving threatening emails from One Answer saying they will cancel my insurance if I do not upload the required docs! After 3 days of this I found out that the problem was not the fact the doc was unreadable, but that there was a simple question around the details on the doc. This experience has made me want to look elsewhere for my insurance when it is time to renew next, it has been a huge waste of my time over something so trivial.

Made an enquiry overnight online Had a call before 0900 from a great young man called richard He answered all my questions and imputed my information, called me back within 10 mins with a quote cheaper than last year. Clear constructive information given to me and delivered exactly what I wanted without fuzz . Thank you and take a bow Richard
