Excellent Came to this company via a random google search. Had never heard of them and their Google reviews were not good! And we spoke about that before carrying on . Having tried a few others without success I got a call back from Kieran Miller. We needed specialist help for the insurance and Kieran was really good: kind, understanding , patient with my 100 questions, sympathetic .. all these helped. No judgement from him. He came back to me later in the day with a quote .. where others had failed he provided a solid quote from a reputable company . Added in some extras and paid and the paperwork arrived safely by e mail. Obv can’t comment about claims as hope we will never have to but this front end setting up - though long and involved was definitely made bearable by Kieran’s understanding. Thank you very much - Really appreciated your help

Spoke with Jake who was very helpful in getting taxi comprehensive insurance. He explained everything what is covered and what isn't - I did search around before deciding on getting the comprehensive insurance and I am glad that I did as other company were only getting me third party for the same price I got comprehensive for so yes definitely would recommend them and will be my friends or work colleagues.
