The lady who helped me, Lucy, was very helpful, understanding and with the situation I was dealing with was not judgmental in anyway! People don’t know what you are going through and Lucy was 10/10 for dealing with the situation with class!

It’s that time in the year you need to renew your car insurance policy, we all Faff about looking for a good deal to reassure ourselves it’s a win win situation, But it’s all about the person who deals with you on the other end of the phone, their limitations are restricted on what they can do, their helpful attitude dictates the conclusion of the transaction, Kirsty the young lady who dealt with my renewal, was exceptionally helpful and as such, I would have no hesitation passing the company name on to all, this attitude should not be taken for granted, and she’s a credit to the company, ( PS, It’s nice to be important,). Danni was very helpful and pleasant during our telephone call. The experience was straightforward and positive.

I wanted to get driving after passing my test and I was having trouble getting insured as I had a driving conviction on my license, rang 1Answer and spoke to Casey who couldn't of been more helpful from start to finish he got me a quote and the next day I picked my car up and was insured to drive home. Worst insurance company. I was given a document entirely different from the information I provided (different date of birth, different car reg number, different make and model) and I couldn’t get my car back at appointment. Worst customer services, I received different information from each of their staff when I called to speak with them. There was no apology for their error. I was not supported with the possible solution to the problem caused. Don’t use them if you don’t want your mental health to be toiled with.

My friend required Compound insurance for her car and when we spoke to Jake he was very professional and sorted it out very quickly. I've noticed there was a lot of good reviews and a few bad ones . But in all honesty we could not fault customer service. It was fast professional and we were given all information and reassurance we needed.
