The way my call and enquiry was handled from beginning to end was nothing short of outstanding. After explaining to Casey how I had been mislead and blindsided by another company and now found myself in a tricky situation, casey was reassuring, professional and showed empathy to my negative experience. Throughout the entire quote and then finalising a policy, I heard confidence in the product being sold to me but also a genuine care towards me and trying to get me the best price possible. 10/10 and thank you
