Was extremely good, very polite and helpful However Francesca from customer services and as a whole I was victimised for no reason as my previous company send me my no claims correspondence and I sent it and confirmed receipt but then they cancelled my policy wants me to loose £1600 and r more plus all time expenses incurred is ridiculous
