Threats to say my balance is seriously overdue. but no amount shown probably due to incredible amount they want to cancel a policy that lasted a month. When I took the policy out I clearly asked the amount of cancellation which I was told by an agent before I agreed. Continues to try take money from your bank account. Threats to take amounts 7days after contact through automated email. Unless payment is made before 14 days they will pass on a debt to ICB. Awful customer service, very disappointing experience all due to financial gain.
