Great service and timely with getting replacement when one shipped broken.

The box arrived sealed well and a glass enclosed handle with care sticker! The inner contents were packed with thick bubble wrap so nothing would break! I was pleased with the items I ordered, especially a dish scrubbing brush that allowed you to put soap in the handle. Great idea, save me from wasting soap on the dishrag as I am won’t to do.

Great shopping experience and reasonable price. The only reason I'm not giving a top review is because of the excessive amount of packaging. I felt guilty disposing of so much paper and plastic. Seems there would be a way to safely ship breakable products with less waste. On a positive note, though, the items arrived in good shape.

I have recently decided having fun colors in the kitchen is ok. My mom taught me to buy quality and longevity rather than fun. Having bright bold colors of fiestaware has made the last 12 months has given me a lift every time I pull a dish out. All that to say...it was time for my feline friends to get in on the action too.
