Shipping and communication was quick and painless. The Kitchenaid Pro 7 Quart arrived in awesome condition. I also ordered a second 7 quart bowl and the stainless steel mixing attachments. Washed everything and used it right away to mix up some brownies. My Kitchenaid Pro 7 Quart has been such a wonderful step up from my old 5 quart Kitchenaid. Looking forward to a long, delicious relationship!

It is truly an everything kitchen, because everything everything you need for your kitchen is in here that comes in very excellent quality; I can't decide what to buy because everything here is nice. I can't stop myself from buying it again and again because it's so addicting. In any particular instance, all of their products come from very reliable sources; just look at the quality of their kitchen wares and stoves; they also have a very reasonable price.

I called with questions before placing my order. The rep was helpful and answered my questions. I was happy with their stated return policy, although thankfully I didn't need to use it. I am making recipe binders for each of my children using family recipes. The grandchildren and myself have created fun treats together over the years so I am including lots of 4x6 pictures in the refillable index card slots. I am making 4 binders and hand-writing the recipes so this project may turn out a lot of work and writers-cramp. 😊. I’m glad I can order more cards and blank refillable sheets for the binders because I know I’m going to include lots of recipes and pictures in this fun project. Super impressed with the costumer service. I had a minor defect in the lid of my bread pan. So i gave them a call and they quickly sent me a new lid. Not only was it got to me quickly but the way it was packaged so carefully with tons of protective bubble wrapping's and other materials. I which i appreciate!
