Found this place when looking for information on how to deal with the temperature in my shower getting progressively colder over a long period of time. Their "How-to" on removing the failed thermostatic cartridge was very helpful. I ordered a replacement cartridge, temperature knob and dial which were delivered within a couple of days, and now my shower works perfectly again. Very pleased.

Pleased to find the part I needed and service was first class.

The service was good and the parts range is brilliant, I was able to replace parts I would not have expected to be able to source. Dan was most helpful and accommodating on the phone. However I can't give 5 stars because the new thermostat cartridge had a difference in the grub screw location which meant 3 hours judicious filing, fitting, checking, removing and back to filing..... Now fitted and I can have a hot shower for the first time in 12 months!
