Very good service

The information on the website stated it fit my shower model so i ordered the part. When the item arrived, it was clearly not the right part for my model and was also dented.

The original part arrived damaged in the post, I contacted them and sent pictures and they immediately sorted this out and I had a replacement within a couple of days. Really pleased with their service and the product. Thank you

My opinion is that the delivery drivers weren’t up to scratch and somehow delivered an empty package with a hole in it. The valve had obviously fallen out in transit. Contacted the company and they sent a replacement straight away. Really impressed, thank you. Dave C

Parts all good. Packaging was not to good. Courier gave me package and item he though came out of it. Luckily it was and nothing else had escaped. Jiffy bag not strong enough. Was a.little lucky to have all pars ordered.
