I found Steam Shower Parts after a Google Lens search, trying to source a thermostatic valve and a diverter valve for an unbranded concealed shower. I phoned Friday after lunch for advice and Dan Jaques was extremely helpful, he suggested that I send through some photos of the parts to confirm identity. It took me a while to realise that my email had bounced because images were too large, but when I finally sent them Dan came straight back and must have dispatched the parts the same day before going home. The parts arrived on Monday! I'm absolutely delighted that my shower is now working better than ever. This company and especially Dan are brilliant, I would recommend them to anyone.
