The product is well presented and the image is right. The quality is very good and healthy. The delivery was perfect.

I got the soap, the shampoo bar and the cream bar. So far i only used the soap and the shampoo bar. I didn’t have to use the moisturising bar because the soap is so good. It does not dry out my skin, not itchy or flakey looking ( i have very dry eczema prone skin). The shampoo bar is great too. Again my scalp is Super sensitive and not able to use normal shampoo. After using the bar there was no issues and my hair felt great too. It does not foam up like normal shampoo but iam used to this since using other natural products before. Definitely very happy with my purchase and with the fact that i am reducing my plastics in the bathroom! will be ordering more! Thanks!

The shampoo bar is rubbish and made my hair like straw and when I mentioned it it I was sent and explanation on how to wash my hair 🙄😂😂😂

Comme Avant alors moi, votre savon solide c’est un gros non non pour moi et je ne comprend même pas comment on peut justifier de charger 10 euros pour un produit qui ne nettoie rien du tout. D’abord, ça ne mousse pas. J’ai appelé le service clientèle et l’on m’a dit qu’il fallait humidifier le savon et l’emulsifier dans les mains. Ok. Bon... Alors faut s’archarner un peu. On tourne , on tourne le shampoing dans les mains.... Et Au prix du savon, ça descend vite et même avec le peu de produit que je réussi à extraire du savon mouillé, ça ne nettoie rien. Nada. Niet. Très déçue car ça va finir à la poubelle. Aussi, la crème de corps en barre est une bonne idée mais elle est trop dure. Même en la faisant fondre dans les mains , c’est quand même assez dur et l’application n’est pas facile (surtout qu’avec ma grande taille, il y a de la surface à couvrir!!). Bref, super concept et genial pour ceux qui aiment et qui sont satisfaient. Mais ce n’est pas pour moi.

The products are amazing as usual. Tried the shampoo and I was really satisfied. This time there were some issues with the delivery, but the customer service was very helpful and quick.

Nice shampoo, nice soap, and good toothpaste.

The soap bar for washing your hair cleans the hair nicely, but leaves it tangled and frizzy. Lots of conditioner needed to smooth hair ready for styling. Does backtobasics also offer a conditioning substance?

A very efficient company, fast delivery and sensible packaging. Tooth powder and deodorant powder are both excellent and I will buy these again. Shampoo bar I found made my hair sticky so I wouldn’t use again. Also too expensive for what you get. Tooth and deodorant powders quite a good price especially as you can choose larger refills. I would recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the product, and the good communication I received.

I bought the toothpowder as I have had problems with gum disease. Since the first use my mouth and teeth have felt cleaner and healthier. I used to wake up with a horrid feeling in the mouth but no more! I highly recommend this product. I got the mint flavoured one and I love the taste.

Like the taste and the feel after brushing. Like the container which can be refilled. Would recommend.xxx
