Very prompt, efficient delivery. It's early days as I'm a first time user of these products. The toothpaste feels good and natural with no after taste and very easy to use . Teeth feel cleaner too! The shampoo , I really like using and it's so much note natural and I haven't used a conditioner since. Tangles comb out easily too. Up to now I'm delighted with the products.

Haven’t yet used the shampoo, happy with the powered tooth paste though.

The delivery was as expected, the shampoo was nicely wrapped. Maybe smaller than expected for the price but it was all good. I can't seem to use it properly to wash my hair so I emailed the makers to ask for advice but I'm still waiting. So at the moment the shampoo leaves my hair looking clean but feeling like there is sand in it...

I would have liked to have instructions on using shampoo bar. Hard to know how much to use. A how to video would be great!

Lovely product! Easy to use and leaves my hair soft and shiny. It’s quite small but a little goes a long way. The only reason I have it given 5 stars is because the packaging was way too big for the product and there was plastic strapping around the parcel... this defeated the object of trying to resume plastic in my household. Unless I can have assurance that the packaging will contain NO plastic whatsoever I will have to find an alternative place to buy my solid shampoo

Very quick delivery (and free!). Love the shampoo- it really is great to have a hand made product where you know all ingredients are natural. Also tried the toothpaste but wasn’t too keen on it (the consistency mainly)

Bought the non-menthol one, very satisfied as the powder tastes very plain and simple a very earthy mild flavour. Powder is very fine and gives a good clean feel. It's strange not to feel minty afterwards so I use minty mouthwash afterwards. I've mixed some with ginger powder in a separate pot as it's anti-inflammatory and my teeth are problematic! In the past I've had gingevitis, my gums recede and swell up, 2 wisdom teeth are coming in too! Despite all this my teeth bleed less. We'll see what my dentist thinks in a few months! Good shipping time too. Finally I have a little warning. The pot comes with a secondary flat lid thing, I tried to put it back in a few times and the last time I did it it didn't go in right and flipped over chucking about a tablespoon of the powder all over me and the sink! So my advice is to chuck that bit out immediately as it is a risk!

We've found a lifetime soap! Thank you for such wonderful soap and for caring so much about the environment as well. I love the limited but recyclable or compostable packaging making it an easy decision to go with your products. This combined with the soaps natural organic ingredients makes it a true winner. Thank you very much for such attention to pure products, we're about to put in an order for lots more!

I am delighted with the products themselves & was pleases that they came packaged in recycled paper & box but then why oh why did you have to then secure it with plastic ties!!!! this really made me angry as I am really trying to cut down on my plastic usage & this is not Vegan friendly at all!!
