He came over on the very next day, and stayed late to fix the problem. I doubt that many others would put themselves out like him. He's done work for us before, always cheery, and importantly, reliably. He arrives as promised.

There was a rubber pipe not connected, so Ibrahim took the time to explore further why it was not connected. He sought advice from the boiler manufacturers help line and discussed with the engineer whether it should be connected and then made sure the connection was secure. He was meticulous in cleaning the working parts of the boiler, something I've not seen other engineers do which again gave me comfort. All in all a fantastic experience and I cannot recommend highly enough Real Boiler Servicing and Ibrahim. Thank you.
