I paid my loan off 4th January and I was told I was due a rebate of 390 pound and I still haven’t received it I am going to the solicitors over this

Have an ongoing complaint in as they charged me 623 for having a 1500 loan for a short period I told them I was in financial difficulties and I paid it off as soon as I borrowed the money and had to then use my rent money to pay the 623 witch is so inhumane, I then logged a complaint on the 02/01/2024 and on the 12/01/2024 I received an email stating I would have a final response by the end of last week. Still no response and called up and they have no clue in regards to it either. It’s shocking that they would take their time giving the circumstances ofmy situation, Avoid at all costs

Horrendous service do not recommend biggest scammers going taking legal action against the poor training and customer service staff. Conned out of £360.00 on the wrong advise from the customer service team. Glad it's all paid NEVER ever again!!!!

Do not recommend. After provisional approval. Requests were made to provide documents which I provided within minutes of receiving the email. Did not get a response for hours then was asked to provide more documents which I again provided within minutes (no mention of any issue with original documents.) Waited until the next day in which I was advised my INITIAL documents were not okay and I required yet more documents! Again I provided these within minutes - since then I am yet to have a response and it is near close of business. IF I get a response it will then be 4 days after my initial application. Terrible customer service. Very delayed and staggered responses even after immediate responses from myself with whatever is required. Chase up contacts have been ignored. Incredibly frustrating when the info being asked for was spread out over 2 days and there is so much back and forth when everything could be looked at and processed all at once. You wouldn’t need to be dying. Avoid avoid avoid

The service was brilliant

Bad customer service and lack of empathy. Explained that i have been away for university and i have been having financial difficulties so i didn’t see any of the letters and a guy that sounded really nice didn’t make me aware that if i didn’t pay it that month then i would receive a default! My life is over. There’s now now hope for my future.
