My Son took out a £1,000 loan just over 2years ago-not asking the right questions-totally not savvy with these financial companies and is now paying above what he believed - missed a few payments during covid after being laid off and has been hammered with criminally high interest rates and will end up paying back a total of £3448.72 - over 3 times what he borrowed. I got involved trying to reason with the company direct then the debt collection service they passed it too and managed to get a new repayment plan set up with a reduced total patable of £2008.92 - still over double what he borrowed- blatant robbery-shouldnt be allowed-exploiting the vulnerable - at least Dick Turpin wore a mask !

So I was in abit of a bind when I realised that my cooker had blown and I had no way of being able to get a new one. Due to previous bad credit when I was younger I wasn't holding out much hope I'd find something but I did! Loans2go, I was very wary and the APR is shocking but that's expected. However the filling out of the forms and the checks took very little time and this was applying at half seven on a Saturday evening. Money was in my account at twelve the next day. Early repayment means less APR and seems doable. I would recommend for those who have just found that they've had an unexpected expense they'd otherwise be able to cover

Took out a loan of £1200. Acceptance and payout was quick, can't fault them there. But, 104 weekly repayments of £37.29 = I have to pay them back £3878.16 in total. That's over three times what I borrowed. I was desperate at the time and went ahead with it, but man I SO REGRET IT NOW! I thought nearly £40 a week wouldn't be a problem, but with 85 repayments left you really do get to feel it and it DOES start to hurt and cause issues. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to charge this way, it's wrong in every sense of the word. Please avoid if you can.

Ridiculously high interest rates!! I know payday loans have high interest rates but this company's are astronomical. Tried to pay a £300 loan early after only 2 months and was asked to pay around £450 in total. Avoid at all costs. Have used moneyboat in the past who offer a much more reasonable fee of around £30-50 per month interest on a loan of similar amount.
