Applied on Saturday Evening and signed my loan agreement and was told I’ll be contacted if successful where funds will then be transferred to my account. Since you aren’t open on a Sunday I assumed I’ll have to wait until Monday however the following day (Sunday) I had a text and email confirming that the money has been transferred to my bank account which I saw shortly after seeing the notification from my online banking app that the money was paid into my account. Didn’t think I’ll be accepted due to bad credit history however I’m glad Loans2Go gave me a chance so I’m glad to be a customer of yours. Payout was fast and easy application didn’t need all different documentation either. Will recommend -Kristina

If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. Applied for a loan a week and a half ago, got ‘an offer’ and said I’d be contacted, and I was. I was asked to upload ID on its own, ID with a photo of me beside it and then 2 months worth of payslips, all of which were completed immediately. I’ve contacted the company, to which there is never anyone available to talk to and confirm the loan has been approved. There’s just back and forth calling, never anyone able to give a straight answer. Still haven’t got the money. Probably never will get the money. Not sure I’m wanting to proceed anyway with the amount of disgusting reviews. Will never use these again. Awful customer service. Sort it out!!
