Easy application process , funds transferred once additional documentation was approved. Good customer service.

They lie about how much you owe, and when you think you've paid it off, you get demanding letters saying you still owe over a grand (when the loan was only a grand to begin with). DO NOT USE.

Miss sold loan about 2 years ago, nothing was explained etc, emailed them told them I could pay the £500 I borrowed but I wasn't aware the interest rate as wasn't explained to me correctly and I don't think they done the right checks either. For £500 they wanted £2000. Haven't heard nothing for a year or two and now they are doing checks on my credit file, need to speak to financial ombudsman and get these closed down
