United Kingdom | 06 November 2023Avoid! Took loan 3 months ago. Paying huge interest, that I was aware of it. But after 3 months requested an early settlement. And I paid £220 more than the original amount I borrowed 3 months ago!! So on £1500 borrowed, Paying £202 per month, after 3 months has to pay £1720 . Absolutely bizarre!!!

United Kingdom | 01 November 2023I am utterly appalled by a recent experience with Loans 2 Go. I applied for a loan, diligently provided all my personal information, and signed the CONTRACT for the loan all in good faith and assumption that I had been approved, because WHY ELSE would they ask me to SIGN the contract? I was then shockingly declined for the loan. This is not only a blatant waste of my time but also a breach of trust. Why on earth did I need to disclose ALL my sensitive information, only to be summarily rejected? Why did I need to sign my contract (which, when you apply on other sites means that you HAVE BEEN APPROVED)??? It's a disgraceful display of INCOMPETENCE and a complete disregard for customer respect. I strongly advise anyone considering this lender to think twice and look elsewhere for a more honest and reliable service. I will be reporting their incompetence and the application procedure to the FCA as it should not be allowed to SIGN a contract only to then be declined. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

United Kingdom | 24 October 2023If I could give no stars I would! Back in march 2023 I took out a small loan of £300 with Loans2go. The following week I had the funds to fully cover the loan to which I attempted to make the payment in full through their customer portal. Several attempts were made to make this payment however each attempt was unsuccessful as the screen kept displaying a technical error on their part. Immediately after these attempts I further attempted to call them on many occasions over two weeks but was unable to get through after being held in a que for hours. After these failed attempts I discovered through other customer reviews that they too were having the same experience. As you can imagine the experience was extremely stressful and after many failed attempts of trying to reach them I gave up. I’ve now received a final demand letter for the sum of £1,110.06 from a £300 loan. I’m extremely upset by the customer service that I have received and have had no resolution from the company and only just discovering an encrypted complaints letter from Loans2go. £1,110.06 is unplayable due to the cost of living crisis and I feel that i have been treated unfairly due to a systems error on their part as the original settlement was affordable back in march. I’ve attempted to make a payment arrangement of £30 per month but they are expecting me to cover the whole about of £1,110.06 however as the error was originally on their part I do not believe that I’m liable to pay this amount . The financial ombudsman have been contacted and an ongoing complaint has been made and is ongoing. DO Not go to this company even if you are down on your knees financially. Daylight robbery.
