I'm amazed with the Product quality and price. All of my shopping experience with the Cartlow was totally satisfactory.

The delivery somethimes late but its good price and good items

1.I was order food processor after 7 days reject for not available item (still showing available in cart low) 2.3266006- still processing almost 5 days done still not delivered, and still showing available in 4 pcs in cartlow

Wonderful logistics and customer service. The parcel delivery was so convenient i.e., taking very care about customer demands even after order placed. order was JBL head set & micheal kors womens quartz watch. both received without any damage. but watch was already turned on before i receive parcel. that only make me uncomfortable.

They are the best if you want to buy pre loved products. Their products are tested and I don't have any regrets on all the products I have bought.

At firs I was very skeptical,,, I ordered an iphone 12 pro. Cartlow says its a used one yet, classified as being in a very good condition. I had to pay in advance (there was no option for paying at handling). I felt like jeopardizing my money, but took the risk for the good price. The company is based in UAE, and I made the order from KSA. (They do have sellers in KSA also), but my item sold in UAE. They shipped it with Naqelexpress, which is a reliable company as well. Shipment tracking number was provided and I was able to follow it. Although I choosed the regular shipment (150 Dirhams), I received my item in 5 days including 2 non working days. There is an option for express shipment (for 200 Dirhams). The item was delivered to my doorsteps. I was given a carton box which was wraped in plastic bag of the courier. When finally reached to open the parcel, I was really amazed by the condition of the phone, it was like brand new, really. Until now I don't know how is it a used one. Zero scratches, neither in the front nor the back of the phone, there was a paper screen guard just like the original one. It is an original phone and functioning perfectly. The box contained the iphone 12pro and a charging cable. One thing i would suggest to be improved, is the packing. A smaller box with cartlow logo will do fine 😊. I would gladly repeat the experience if I found something interesting with a reasonable price again. If there was an option for photo upload, I would have supplied some to show the packaging and the device's condition 😍. THANKS TEAM CARTLOW

Very bad service from cartlow delivery, they call ask for location from 2 days and the driver disappear, no answer no contact. The most bad and unprofessional delivery.
