From past 6 days I am trying to reach them no response from customer support nor email . Pickup agent already picked up my 2 mobile phones which I wanted to sell and it is still showing pickup scheduled and no one is responding .

I placed order, but couldn’t contact their customer service for the past 4 days, there was no response for my email. And no update on my order aswell. This would be my last order from cartlow. Worst experience.

They have the worst service ever!! Rude drivers and they never come to collect the used devices as per the schedule. Please do not get scammed with this company. They scheduled the pick up 2 times and I waited at home the whole day but their driver never came!!! Poor service

Before reaching millions, make sure you're serving your current customers properly ... one of the worst experiences ever. I,ve bought a soundbar which stopped working, made a warranty claim , took ages to come and pick it up and then ages to return back , damaged scratched and still not working, sent an email with the pictures and still no feedback and no one answer the phone. Your customer service is a joke . Save your time everyone and pay more to buy from respectable paltforms
