My daughter's dog of 16 years passed away. I was looking for something my daughter could keep for a memory. Had seen ads before but never really paid attention too. After seeing a ad again I decided to give my daughter this as a gift. The process was easy. I picked out a picture that best represented the relationship between her and her dog. Left a few instructions. It was fast and easy. Received a email proof for final approval. Received the product in a week of approval.

The order was complicated ( which it shouldn’t have been) and my phone kept freezing. It’s a new phone and this is the first time I’ve experienced this. Please send me a copy of the bill.
