Honestly one of the best customer experiences I had at the exhibition, two workers named Asad and Mikel went above and beyond to help us with making a keychain for our cat who passed. They even helped pick a photo for us and and questions we had were answered and with a smile. Thank you for the amazing customer support and will definitely be purchasing again

Kat was amazing to work with developing a product that I am proud to give as a gift.

My father passed and I wanted a 3D crystal created for him. Your website said it would capture faces but not backgrounds. However, there was part of the background I needed to make the picture a whole. I chatted with Asad who reassured me that they can handle my request. Asad took my picture and sent me a screenshot of how it would look. I cried, best tears, knowing that he captured exactly what I wanted. I was excited that I was finally getting this crystal completed. I received my item and shipping was quick, very satisfied with shipping. It came in a cardboard box and carefully in a felt box, it looked so freaking great, and I'm only referring to the care of the packaging. I opened it and realized it went above my expectations. I was shocked and had no words how realistic the etching inside the crystal was. It was beyond perfect. I need you guys to give the biggest shout out and a thousand thank you'd to Asad for helping me out. He is a great employee, fantastic communication, and needs the recognition oh how satisfied he made this customer. He knew how important this piece was to me and captured every single detail, down to the salt grains from the shaker that spilt in my dad's picture. I wish I can upload it for everyone to see, but trust me, it was perfect. I ended up purchasing an ornament for my sister afterwards as I was thrilled how great you guys did. Thank you all for making my 3D crystal of my dad beyond perfect. Not to mention, I was a bit hesitant with the price tag for the crystal with the 2 candles. But it's worth every cent, it's bigger than I expected. And you get 2 stickers. So if you wanted to add ashes, you can seal one-or both - holes and secure them. *side note - I was able to add the sketch as my 'profile pic' and hopefully you can see the tough draft Asad created for me. * Thanks again, Asad.

So I just received my memorial to my beloved cat Rocky today, and it turned out wonderful. It shipped fast even considering the holiday weekend. It is neat how they can give depth to the image you sent them. The actual glass itself is very sturdy with a nice case to hold the crystal and cloth to wipe the fingerprints off from it. I had a nice memorial tonight for him with his crystal and a candle lit.

Shel helped me get started, Joycee was able to assist me with all corrections needed to be made and Johnsey was able to ensure that all changes have been made, which was the hugest relief.
