I didn't see any pictures on the website for what I was requesting so I was extremely happy that he was able to create it. My idea, his design and creativity in addition to recommendations were wonderful. I'm extremely satisfied with the finished product and highly recommend 3D Crystal. In 2007 I sat in a booth at the mall (Potomac Mills, Va) with my daughter and had the cameras snap pics around us, like in the movie the Matrix. I went back about a month later and they were gone, never seen the company again. I am so excited to see you how evolved the technology has grown! Sending a picture that creates a 3d Master piece!! Wow! This came out amazing, the delivery was fast- maybe 4 days, and I have so many future orders to send in. I love the crystal heart I ordered as a memento for my granddaughter's 30th birthday, a punt ride on the Lake at the Botanical Gardens. When I first saw the preview, I panicked as I realised the photo I had supplied wasn't exactly what I wanted. When contacted, Melissa, quickly re-designed with the new photo I provided, and also explained the difference between engraving/metal name tag so I could make a confident decision for the final piece. Delivery was one week quicker than I expected. When I opened the beautiful box I was delighted with the finished product-once the occasion is over, the party girl will have a commemorative heart to always remind her of how much her family loves her and the fun the family had on the day of her 30th.
