A beautiful product that made my mom cry with emotions seeing my brothers image, I did the same when I first opened. It is beautiful to have a 3 deminsional crystal of my brother, he passed and having this image is helpful to have.

Customer service was exceptional. The U.S. postal service sent my package from New York to Portland, Oregon. Then from Portland, Oregon back to New York. I contacted Melissa at 3D Crystal to let her know she would getting the package back. She took immediate action and kept in constant contact with me. I finally received the package.
