The artists were very skillful, artistic and patient with my changes. The crystal is so beautiful it took my breath away!

I had a constructive exchange with the company through the chat feature before sending in the “artwork” based on Egyptian hieroglyphs. Very well finished, a nice Valentine gift in code.

Had another good cry about my chocolate Lab "Special Girl" when I recieved this today. I've never had one of these done before, but I was looking for a unique gift for my son to memorialize our recent Special Girl's passing. This was the last picture of her alive and it came out beautifully.

They did an amazing job.my Crystal was done to a high standard and couldn't have been more pleased with it. I will be using them for lots more in the future.

I was really hoping this product would have worked for me but I am not seeing any difference. Not to mention, the bottle's lid has issues with sealing properly or it's a struggle to open because the seal doesn't stay put. I don't believe it's worth the money.

My pet passed away and after 2 days I decided to order their crystal as a memorial, I got it in less than a week and it is amazing! The quality is shocking, it is achingly beautiful. I could not be happier with the end result. I would definitely order again and recommend to anyone. As a side note, I had a question after placing the order and was able to online chat on a Saturday and have my questions answered promptly.

Absolutely fabulous customer service via email with Mellissa. I wanted to order a 3D crystal candle, but needed to merge 2 separate photos onto the one candle, and Mellissa answered every query I had, in a fabulously friendly and timely manner, and I am now eagerly awaiting the arrival of my candle. Please give Mellissa a pay rise as she is an exceptional asset to your company and was truly delightful to deal with!😀

Every Christmas, my husband saves the gift he's most excited about, for last. This Christmas, it was a 3d crystal picture of my late mother and I, with the light up base. There were definitely tears! It's the most thoughtful and beautiful gift he's ever given me. I have to add that I had a couple of questions and the customer service was first class! Highly recommend!

These guys were personal and helpful and always responded quickly to my emails which, when there is a deadline helps very much. I received my crystal just about a week before Christmas but the best part was when my gift was opened because I don't think I have ever seen a reaction like that. She loved it so much there were tears! I had a photo of her dog put into the crystal and it turned out beautifully.
