Everything came on time and exactly as ordered - very good experience

Not only is the product very nice, the customer service is excellent. There was some confusion around my order and they made sure everything was taken care of and sent confirmations to make sure I got what I ordered.

Was supposed to be here by Valentines day and didn't get here until a week later 20th. I want justice! I paid allot of $$ to get your product (which was promised/guaranteed by the 14th ). I would like you to do right by returning 100% of my $. Why I want 100%is that I was put under allot pressure to produce and I had nothing. My wife was upset and now my relationship was compromised because of you? Scott

We purchased 2 Crystals (Bone & Horizontal Plaque) which are absolutely amazing!! One for our dog that passed away & one for our parents 70th Anniversary. I had questions while trying to design the Bone and Asad was a fantastic help letting us see two different designs before we purchased plus the design for the plaque. We did not receive the base for the plaque but Jason took care of that immediately & we received it within the week. Both Asad & Jason were very professional and we would absolutely work with them again!!

Scratched and poor customer service! "So initially I thought the product was amazing and the perfect gift for my dad's 60th birthday as a keepsake however, when I looked at the back I noticed scratches and immediately emailed the team. I sent several pictures where you can see very obvious scratches 5 at the bottom and 3 at the top. The response I got said We see no scratches. Only particles of dust. I'm not one to moan but the response might as well have called me a liar and no support when it is evidenced! Will never buy from these again and i absolutely do not reccomend this item! "

Bought a crystal it is absolutely amazing, I also received a free key ring that was amazing Jason and the team are brilliant, they rushed it through for me and I received it a day early. I love my crystal! Absolutely beautiful! It is heavy and so is very stable. I also bought the light stand which adds to the beauty of the piece. It came very carefully packed and in excellent condition. Jason was terrific to work with!

I originally bought a crystal as a surprise birthday gift for my wife, which was unfortunately lost by Fedex. Kat from 3D helped me tons, and was able to make another crystal in a timely fashion and have it delivered quickly, for practically no extra charge. The gift turned out amazing and I will definitely be buying more gifts for other loved ones. Highly recommended!
